I finally spoke with a representative who was standing around and they expressed that they thought someone else was helping me. After that the experience changed for the better. Everyone was pleasant and exceptionally service oriented. I was quickly taken care of and in and out in no time. More

Service review This is the second time that I have gone in for regular service and the tire pressure light went on about 3 blocks out. I feel lucky that this time re calibrating worked, while I was at a stop sign. I know that they rotate my tires and check the pressure. It would seem like SOP to recalibrate. They were happy to use my coupons for 10 dollars off the oil change and the 12% off another service. However, AAA has a 14.95 oil change and it is tempting. More
