Best Honda/Acura dealership around I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I've had plenty of bad experiences with dealerships over the years. I've been screwed by dealerships in the pa I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I've had plenty of bad experiences with dealerships over the years. I've been screwed by dealerships in the past, claiming that things needed to be fixed that actually didn't, etc. That's the reason I've done a lot of my own work on my cars for many years. But so far Joyce Koons has treated me very well. When they tell me something needs to be replaced, I sometimes ask to go to the service bay and have them show me the part that actually needs to be replaced, etc. I just want to verify that what they are saying is in fact true. So far, my own personal experience is that they've been pretty honest, which goes a LONG way with me. That's why I've been with them for about 3 years so far. So anyway, so far so good. Keep it up. Our salesman, Dipak Regmi, was very accommodating, friendly, and professional, and best of all, not pushy. He test drove the car with us, showing us all the many features of the 2017 Honda CR-V. Tim Rowan, the finance manager, was efficient, friendly, and fun to deal with. Even though we chose not to finance our purchase, Tim was professional and accommodating. When we were ready to take possession of our vehicle, Dipak sat in the car with us and went over all of the safety and technology features and programmed many of them for us. It had been 15 years since we purchased a new vehicle, and we expected a hard-core sales pitch and pushy salesman who wouldn't let you go without closing the deal. Dipak was a pleasant surprise. Almost after 2 hours Heather and technician Dan they told me they could not figure out what is wrong with the Radio need to be diagnose again and its take 4, 5 hours or may be i need to drop my car so come back Monday 06/05/2017 drop my car i said OK even Heather offer me 2 free oil change for my car i asked her any written paper you can give me she said just come back it will be in computer system I was not feeling comfortable with Heather because she just talk nicely and when i called she does not pick up my phone and i leave voicemail but still no reply she call back after 1 or 2 days and just say i was so busy i m sick and go to see doctor i have a lots of stuff to do in my opinion just call back to customer and talk few minutes and explain what is going on i know i can not change anything because every body just wanna make money it does not matter money coming from wrong direction what ever i decided to go some where else and look what happened they fix my Radio and told me my radio Antenna was unplug we just plugged back i did not pay any money. If Heather and Dan wants they can fix my car same day BUT NOT. This is very easy way to make money from customer to tell lie we could not figure out what is wrong with your car that is why i am giving 1 star GOOD LUCK FOR CUSTOMER. More

We interacted over email and calls and once I made a decision I drove an hour to get there. The car and paperwork was ready to go. Daniel, Doug, Tim and Andy were all very professional and friendly. Daniel stayed a couple of hours past closing to make sure I was comfortable with everything down to dashboard settings. Looking forward to working with them again once my current lease is up. More
