Fantastic I have been a Honda die hard. All the four cars we owned were hondas. I bought three of them from Joyce Koons Honda Manassas. I do the research on the I have been a Honda die hard. I get three or four quotes from different dealers. I compare their prices for the Internet price I have and select the one which is that price. This will include the show room delivery price including transportation taxes and tags. So I never waste tine for the dealer or myself in haggling. I have been able to buy my cars without any bargaining or haggling. All the three times I have been able to get the right quote from Joyce Koons vis Emails only. This time Dennis Chen who corresponded with me. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me the final quote including accessories I wanted. I also got installation charges off for being the loyal customer of Joyce Koons. He was professional friendly and humble without exerting any pressure. Also The parts and service manager Kelley who was professional and prompt in getting the back up sensors fixed on time as promised and arranged for a. Loaner car. The business manager was efficient professional and fast. All in all the entire experience of car buying was haggle free, pleasant and economical.
