Love my service I have been using Joyce Koons Honda since 2008 to service my Odyssey. I have never had a problem with the work/service needed or done. As the car is aged I find it most important that I have a relationship with someone whom I can trust for honest answers and fixes. At some point I will have to retire my car and have every intention of purchasing my next one right here. There are dealers much closer to home but, I find I am happy to travel to Joyce Koons because of how I am treated and I know I can trust the services needed and done. More

I appreciated the customer service! I was driving on I-66 on a Saturday afternoon, about 40 miles from my home, when I heard my tire blow. The new Honda Accord Hybrids do not come with a I was driving on I-66 on a Saturday afternoon, about 40 miles from my home, when I heard my tire blow. The new Honda Accord Hybrids do not come with a spare, and the tire was too damaged to be repaired. Also, being a Honda Accord Hybrid, I can't go to just any tire store to get a replacement. While I waited for the tow truck to arrive, I rang the service depart, worried about it being a Saturday afternoon. The individual I spoke with was very friendly and checked with her technicians to see if they could fit me in before they closed. I had the car towed in and they took great care of me. I couldn't ask for better service. They replaced the tire and had me back on the road. What a relief! TJ took great care of me and followed up with me. He provided the personal touch by coming into the waiting room personally and walking me to the cashier cage. He went over everything with me and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks JK Honda! I really appreciated that you have service hours on Saturday and that you are able to take in emergencies! More

Odyssey van engine oil light issue Took 3 visits to solve this issue but, I had a loaner each time and it was covered under my extended warranty.
