As a consequence, my wife and I were completely comfortable discussing our new vehicle needs and negotiating a fair and reasonable price on our trade-in and a new Honda Accord. In my experience, buying and negotiating a new vehicle purchase is one of least desirable transactions I am forced to endure. The sales people I've dealt with in the past have been pushy and unresponsive. Dipak was different. He was extremely accommodating and was quick to address our questions on various vehicle trim models and options. Negotiation was effortless. I had already done some homework on both the value of my trade-in and new vehicle cost. Dipak recognized that right away which allowed us to get right down to business. We picked up our new car the day after the sale due to another commitment on our part. Dipak walked us through all the features, which were considerable given the technology-rich Accord Touring model. He also expressed his commitment to be available to answer any questions that arise as we get used to the car. All in all it was a great purchasing experience! More
