As Moses was speaking with me, Dan, one of the Honda mechanics happened to pop in. I asked if I could speak with him regarding my Odyssey. Dan did not hesitate and sat with myself and Moses. Dan patiently took his time explaining exactly what would take place during the repairs and what the car might need or not need when posing different scenarios. Both Moses and Dan were extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest and most importantly they were both on the same page. Driving home that evening I could tell the repairs made all the difference in the world. I also appreciated the fact that my car was not there all day and I could drive it home after waiting not to long. Love the extended hours:) More
