This was a very smooth and relatively quick process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my Sales & Leasing Consultant was Mansour Assadpour. Not only he was patient and gentle and but also a thorough professional. I did not walk in on Christmas Eve with an intent on leaving the dearlership with a new car. The entire deal (not including financing) was completed in 2-3 hours. His knowledge and experience in car sales was far superior to that of the other salespersons I have encountered in the past. His approach was clear, relaxed and there was no pressure during the entire process. After doing my research and homework I was quite clear about our requirements and knew the car that would work for us. Mansour took no time to understand our needs and stayed focused on the proposed deal. He found a way to make it work in our favor and we could not have asked for more. Not only did we get to leave the dealership with a brand new car but we left with our dignity intact. Our gratitude also goes out to the Sales manager who stayed true to his word. Thank you for your patience and staying late on Christmas Eve to wrap the deal up. More

Service for a Recall, Oil Change & Inspection I had taken my Civic in for service due to a recall and for an oil change. Their system was down so they couldn't do the recall service but did the o I had taken my Civic in for service due to a recall and for an oil change. Their system was down so they couldn't do the recall service but did the oil change and inspection. Roland Murphy, my service manager, was very apologetic about not being able to get the recall work done but ended up not charging me for the inspection due to the inconvenience of getting my recall service done which was really nice of him. I always have a very positive experience and my Roland is always rght on top of what's going on with my car. More
