Service for a Recall, Oil Change & Inspection I had taken my Civic in for service due to a recall and for an oil change. Their system was down so they couldn't do the recall service but did the o I had taken my Civic in for service due to a recall and for an oil change. Their system was down so they couldn't do the recall service but did the oil change and inspection. Roland Murphy, my service manager, was very apologetic about not being able to get the recall work done but ended up not charging me for the inspection due to the inconvenience of getting my recall service done which was really nice of him. I always have a very positive experience and my Roland is always rght on top of what's going on with my car. More

Too long of a wait!!!! Initially I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. When I arrived for appointment, I was told it would take 90 minutes and there Initially I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. When I arrived for appointment, I was told it would take 90 minutes and there was no shuttle to take me home. Then I canceled oil change. Told it would still take 60 minutes. 1.5 hours later, I asked for my car and they said they were still working on it...Moses laughed and apologized for taking so long. Was treated rudely and poor customer service. The cashier was very friendly and helpful though. I do not recommend!!! More
Leased a 2017 Honda Accord LX Sedan CVT Salesperson was great. Sales manager was fair. Finance person was helpful. You never know if you got a good "deal," but I feel I did. The most complicated part was deciding to lease or buy. The sales manager took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. The only issue I had was that I wish I was able to test ride the actual trim I leased as opposed to the higher trim. For Honda engineers, the door over the USB part on the console should push into the console and not flip up. It makes it hard to to use the USB port. The console storage arm also makes it difficult to reach for a cup of coffee in the second back cub holder. I also do not understand why Honda did not add the right lane camera in to the Honda sensing package. The dealership was great. I bought a previous Honda from it and service my three Hondas at it. Roland Murphy and Bomb Miner are great service people to deal with. More
