A Great Buying Experience. This is our second Honda. Our first Honda we loved, but it was totaled in a crash, and this is what brought us to Joyce Koons Honda to check out getting a new Honda. The minute we arrived we were promptly met by Ahmed. He was very polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Civic EX-T. The whole process of the purchase was Great due to Ahmed being so knowledgeable of the vehicles and the no pressure atmosphere of him and the dealership as a whole. That's why we decided why look anywhere else. We drove 23 miles to the dealership even though there is another Honda dealership 6 miles from us, I would definitely recommend Joyce Koons Honda and ask for Ahmed. Also I would like to say, the finance process with Behzad was the best we have ever gone through, and we have purchased numerous cars, trucks, boats and rv's over the years. More
