And if he did not immediately know the answer, he quickly researched it or found someone who did. He pleasantly complied with all our requests about how to operate the new Honda and was helpful on the test drive..He was knowledgeable about the financing process as well. While we usually find car buying an unpleasant chore, Harris , and the other staff at Joyce Koons Honda, made it almost enjoyable. For Koons itself, cost of mudflaps and wheel locks was very, very excessive. Shame. Len and Maureen More

Leased a 2016 Honda Odyssey and had an AWESOME experience! This is the third car I have leased with Joyce Koons Honda. This time, we leased a 2016 Honda Odyssey and I thought the experience was just awesome an This is the third car I have leased with Joyce Koons Honda. This time, we leased a 2016 Honda Odyssey and I thought the experience was just awesome and that Joyce Koons Honda really took care of me and values the relationships they build with their customers! Typically, getting a new car, whether leasing or buying, is one of stress and discomfort, but this time around was just awesome. After my initial phone call with Jeff Hever, the sales associate, I had a good feeling that he would be able to help me with the new car while transitioning away from the current CR-V lease I had. After arriving at the showroom, I felt Jeff was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed and didn't feel pressured to make a decision that was outside of my goals. It was also nice to be able to talk about family and learn more about him while we waited! Both Jeff and his sales manager, Tim Welton, were very eager and determined to help me find the right car at the right price...which they definitely came through on! Lastly, I was impressed how Behzad Mahmoodi, the Finance Manager, made the process of handling all the paperwork and financing super smooth as well as the ease of transferring my existing license plate to the new car without having to deal directly with the DMV! Yesterday, I got the kid's car seats loaded up and we all went for a family ride (the first time we've actually made an event of it!) and everyone was super excited about the new car. Overall, my wife and I felt like we made a solid decision with no regrets and that Jeff Hever, Tim Welton, and Behzad Mahmoodi made it happen! I will definitely be directing people their way when given the chance. Keep up the great work! More

The SUV is in high demand and hard to find one on a dealer’s lot with the options I wanted. Joyce Koons had one in the show room. My sales representative was Mansour. He did an outstand job answering questions and working with me after the purchase to show me the features of the vehicle. I believe a got a fair price for my trade and made a good deal on the Pilot considering the demand for the vehicle. I would recommend Joyce Koons and definitely ask for Mansour. I would buy from them again. More
Scheduled oil change for 6:15 pm on 8/22/2016. Poor service. Normally, soon as car in garage, someone serving me. After 10 minutes, i had to go ask if anyone was working to get assistance ; then i was told it would be a hour and a half before my oil would be chsnge. I also asked for contact in for General Manager and was told they would get it. BUT no one ever returned with info. More
