I was called by one of the sales people to come see a 2014 Accord and trade my 2010 Honda accord in for a lower payment. When I arrived, the car had been taken to the body shop. The manager gave Priscilla 3 other cars to show me. It was a bad night as they could not find those either. The upper management, instead of telling me to come back, told them to put me in a 2015 for the price of a 2014. WOW. This is truly an outstanding dealership. I have been in business many years and things do not always run well. For the dealership to show me a new product for the mishap, they showed their true character. They demonstrated integrity when they could have shown me the door. What a great group of people they have at Joyce Koons Honda. I got a 2015 with 9,000 miles for a price of a 2014. I can't tell you that you will get that kind of a deal but they treat you right in a busy world and that was very refreshing. I strongly recommend this dealership. Ask for the Fred deal. It will put a smile on your face for a long time. More
