After speaking with a Michael Seymour he said they could look at it right away and sent a courtesy vehicle to pick up the rest of my family as I waited for the tow truck. They had it in the shop right away and gave us options to get us back on our trip. Fantastic customer service from this dealer. If we lived closer they would get our business. More
Worst Management when it comes to customer service I purchased a brand new 2016 odyssey from this dealership. The management a classical example of bait and switch tactics. The only reason I purchased the car there because of the hard work of the sales person Chris Montanez Jr. He saved the day. Otherwise I would not buy the car from there. The general manager Shawn McGregor wouldn't talk to me after leaving dozen of messages. Charlene Keener did try to mitigate the situation but obviously her hands are tight and she couldn't get the Shawn to resolve my issue. They delivered a damaged vehicle (a minor damage at the side panel) to me. I took the delivery in night and couldn't see the damage, I took the car back to the dealership and the sales manager David Thompson denied and put blame on me that I had caused the damage. I wasted allot of time and went through frustration. I would NEVER go back to this dealership again because their management team has no clue about customer service and all they care is sell their cars and once the sale is made then they would ditch you like trash. I Would recommend the owners of this dealership to seriously look into the practices of their management team because you are going to lose allot of potential customers. YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR SALES, THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU ARE IN BUSINESS. More

The customer service rep met with the finance rep Tim (genuine ). The used car manager accepted my train and in 3.5 hours I selected test drove traded financed and drove off the lot. Tony Nguyen told me after the oil change that they rotated my tires since I got them just about 2 months earlier that it is free. I had totally forgotten about the rotation. This is the reason why I stay with Manassas Koons Honda. They look out for me and my Honda cars. Another example of Manassas Koons Honda service department took care of my 2005 Honda CRV where all my service was done is in 2014 my 2005 CRV had 328,000 miles and it was time to get a new Honda CRV. I donated my 2005 Honda to the Purple Hart Org. and they Auctioned it off and it sold for $4,200.00. That tells me that Manassas Koons Honda took great care of my 2005 CRV for 9 years. Thank You Tony Nguyen and all your service members that has taken care of my Honda cars. More

Tim Welton, the Joyce Koons Honda sales manager, gave me the best price on the specific model and color CRV that I wanted. He didn't play games, and was very pleasant to deal with. When I came in to make the purchase, the process was smooth and pleasant, albeit a bit lengthy (as these things often are). They did not press me very hard to buy dealer-added options or extended warranties, but I did have to sit through presentations of them. Overall, a good car-buying experience. More
