Traded in my Honda Civic and Koons took almost a month to pay it off. It's been over a month since my purchase and they still haven't transferred my tags/title. Was ripped off on accessories also. The 'Appearance Package' consists of wheel locks ($56.00) and splash guards ($104.00) which can be purchased at the parts counter as a non-install item. I was charged $795.00 for these two items and it was documents on the sticker. The worst was the finance team. Roland is shady to say the least. I had an agreed upon payment for 72 months and after I signed the docs, financing had slipped an additional 3 payments into the deal (75 months) which was an additional $1800.00. I was upset and could not even get the Sales Managers (Sean McGregor and Tim Rowan) to call me back after leaving multiple messages. Charlene finally tried helping me out but I still had a 'bad taste' after all was said and done. I'll take my business elsewhere next time. More
Drips & clungs I noticed that there was a few oily-lke drips of fluid on my garage floor over the last month or so and was hearing an infrequent clunging sound comin I noticed that there was a few oily-lke drips of fluid on my garage floor over the last month or so and was hearing an infrequent clunging sound coming from underneath the car. I took it in for inspection of these items to Joyce Koons Service Dept. Please note that I had purchased my 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership. The Joyce Koons service technician can out and walked me back to see what he had discovered. The oily-like leak was just some excess grease that wasn't of any concern, but that it should be rechecked at the next oil change or if the drippings increase in frequency or amount. Regarding the clunging sound, he indicated that there was a service bulletin retlated to this, that required the bolts on top of the strut top be tightened. The service technician stated that he would replace the original bolts with new ones and tighten them to the new specs. He just wanted to know if I was okay with this and that it would take more time to do, especially the rear ones where the rear seat had to be removed to get at those bolts. IBoth problems have been fixed and the car was ready before noon as expected. I have found that this dealership's service staff to be outstanding and seem to care about their customers. (karen) answered my questions and even gave me info. that really helped. once again I thank the costumer service dept and the tech. that I spoke with you guy's were very helpful More
Got the vehicle I wanted This dealership had a hard to find vehicle so we drove 3 hours to buy it. The salesman was very nice and not pushy like a lot of anxious salesman trying to make a sale. My only complaint is with the finance department. Before driving 3 hours I was trying to get the financing in place up front. I did the credit application online and several hours later I called to get details on the financing. The finance manager did not want to give me any details over the phone but I kept asking about the interest rate for the loan I would be getting. He said it would be in the 3s but would give me any more firm information. Once we sat down with him the rate was 7% and he couldn't explain why I was told 3% earlier and of course didn't know who I spoke too. The more he talked I realized he was the person. My credit union quoted me a number near that so I just signed and took the vehicle because it was a good deal for the vehicle. So other than the finance guy being shady I would recommend this dealership. More

Great Service Went in for routine service, oil change, tire rotation and to have a tire fixed, They had us in and out in record time. We dropped off the car and did a little shopping and they called with an update and said they would have us out sooner than expected. We had taken our Civic Hybrid to them for servicing in the past and couldn't have been more pleased with the consistency of the service we received. We had begun to consider replacing our trusty Civic one day & fortunately for us, they had the very car on the lot that we had been hoping to find. Even though we had really not been expecting to purchase a car the day we were in for service, the experience could not have been better. Cudos to the staff for doing what they do so well. We look forward to many years of excellent service! More
