(karen) answered my questions and even gave me info. that really helped. once again I thank the costumer service dept and the tech. that I spoke with you guy's were very helpful More

Got the vehicle I wanted This dealership had a hard to find vehicle so we drove 3 hours to buy it. The salesman was very nice and not pushy like a lot of anxious salesman trying to make a sale. My only complaint is with the finance department. Before driving 3 hours I was trying to get the financing in place up front. I did the credit application online and several hours later I called to get details on the financing. The finance manager did not want to give me any details over the phone but I kept asking about the interest rate for the loan I would be getting. He said it would be in the 3s but would give me any more firm information. Once we sat down with him the rate was 7% and he couldn't explain why I was told 3% earlier and of course didn't know who I spoke too. The more he talked I realized he was the person. My credit union quoted me a number near that so I just signed and took the vehicle because it was a good deal for the vehicle. So other than the finance guy being shady I would recommend this dealership. More

We had begun to consider replacing our trusty Civic one day & fortunately for us, they had the very car on the lot that we had been hoping to find. 1.5 hrs to check tire pressure I was disappointed with the last appointment I had. I had a 12:30 appt for an alignment. They said it would take an hour.
