Inspection of car attempted to get me to fix items not necessary to pass inspection and when checked item wasn't cracked. Greed all about money not service. Additionally they want me to rate them via Google + so they can build their Google circle and delete any negative reviews. More

We have two Hondas that we didn't by at the dealership (another story), but do take to them for service. The general manager and Tony are both very responsive. There is a lot going right. There are still some concerns... You take the car in for a specific repair and you get a workup on what needs to be repaired. Everything on it is a "fix this right now" kind of thing. Then the service department starts talking up new cars to my husband, like he has any interest in moving on from his. Unless they bring back the Element, they aren't, but it annoys him no end. Is this $5000 estimate the real, immediate needs of our vehicle? Is this fairly priced? Because the service department is talking up the merits of buying a new car. It's stuff like this that makes you question the integrity of the estimate and what the priorities are - to fix 11 year old Hondas that only have 70K on them or to sell new cars. They are a good dealership. Very good. Not perfect. This is the point they need to work on - building trust with their clients. Took that $5K estimate and got it $3K at another shop. Ultimately wound up doing almost the whole list for for less than half that by a friend that was a mechanic for eight years. I'll buy Hondas, I will use this dealership again, but with a whole lot of healthy questioning going on in the back of my mind. Maybe it isn't the dealership, maybe it is the nature of the business, but as consumers we are within our rights to expect more. More

I asked Kebir about the price and he gave me the typical "come in and see the car then we will talk about price" line. I told him I wanted to negotiate everything online then I will come and finalize the deal...never heard back from him. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I was drawn to JK Honda because of the good reviews, but it seems that the sales staff are pretty typical for car sales folk (tell you anything and everything to get you in to the dealership where they think they will have the upper hand). It's sad really, I was hoping to find a reputable dealer I could trust for my future car buying needs; my elusive (probably non-existent) car dealer unicorn. More

They are also extremely efficient and respectful of the time we were taking out of our day to purchase the car and helped us get back to our day more quickly than we have ever experienced. I was greeted by a Sales and Leasing Consultent named Amed with a friendly smile and a joke. The staff was exceptional, the service was fast, nothing was shoved down my throat. They were curteous, honest, and respectful. The whole process took under two hours even though it was a busy Saturday. I strongly recommend Joyce Koons and in the future I won't buy anywhere else. Amed was the best Sales Consultant I could have asked for. Fun, friendly, knowledgable, and honest. This dealership and staff truly reinvented the way I and I'm sure many others view the 'typical sales guy.' More

Overcharged by 3x I must have applied too much torque to the tire inflation stem causing it to break off and a catastrophic air pressure failure. I stupidly went to the dealer to get another sensor stem installed. They charged me 3 times as much ($220) as another place down the street($75). That's what I get for trusting a dealer service center. More

Tim Welton was also helpful and took the time to meet with me after a couple of phone calls during the day. Both very customer focused! Although I had an outstanding credit rating, Behzad could/would not provide a competitive rate (more than three times what my bank offered). I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone. Based on that experience, I would have a difficult time recommending anyone working with Honda Finance. More
