We dropped off the car and did a little shopping and they called with an update and said they would have us out sooner than expected. We had taken our Civic Hybrid to them for servicing in the past and couldn't have been more pleased with the consistency of the service we received. We had begun to consider replacing our trusty Civic one day & fortunately for us, they had the very car on the lot that we had been hoping to find. Even though we had really not been expecting to purchase a car the day we were in for service, the experience could not have been better. Cudos to the staff for doing what they do so well. 1.5 hrs to check tire pressure I was disappointed with the last appointment I had. I had a 12:30 appt for an alignment. They said it would take an hour. Well, after 1.5 hours they I was disappointed with the last appointment I had. I had a 12:30 appt for an alignment. They said it would take an hour. Well, after 1.5 hours they told me 2 tires needed air, and a break light was out. They had not even begun the alignment. I didn't get out until 3:00. Very disappointed it took them 1.5 hour to check tire pressure. More

Worked with Abe on a new Accord LXS and it was a really smooth process. After making the deal, Priscilla was great with some add-ons. Roland made the finance process as hassle free as a finance process can ever be. So great car, great experience, and I'll be back when (if!) new Accord dies. More

Inspection of car attempted to get me to fix items not necessary to pass inspection and when checked item wasn't cracked. Greed all about money not service. Additionally they want me to rate them via Google + so they can build their Google circle and delete any negative reviews. More

We have two Hondas that we didn't by at the dealership (another story), but do take to them for service. The general manager and Tony are both very responsive. There is a lot going right. There are still some concerns... You take the car in for a specific repair and you get a workup on what needs to be repaired. Everything on it is a "fix this right now" kind of thing. Then the service department starts talking up new cars to my husband, like he has any interest in moving on from his. Unless they bring back the Element, they aren't, but it annoys him no end. Is this $5000 estimate the real, immediate needs of our vehicle? Is this fairly priced? Because the service department is talking up the merits of buying a new car. It's stuff like this that makes you question the integrity of the estimate and what the priorities are - to fix 11 year old Hondas that only have 70K on them or to sell new cars. They are a good dealership. Very good. Not perfect. This is the point they need to work on - building trust with their clients. Took that $5K estimate and got it $3K at another shop. Ultimately wound up doing almost the whole list for for less than half that by a friend that was a mechanic for eight years. I'll buy Hondas, I will use this dealership again, but with a whole lot of healthy questioning going on in the back of my mind. Maybe it isn't the dealership, maybe it is the nature of the business, but as consumers we are within our rights to expect more. More
