Our salesman, Chris Montanez Sr, was straight up, personable, and trustworthy throughout. He gave us his full attention and made sure we were well taken care of. I fully recommend asking for Chris personally. We didn't decide on a car in the first visit. After looking at other options and dealers, we decided to go back to Koons. We gave Chris a call and, after some negotiation, settled the deal on a used car we had looked at previously. Tim Rowan in finance made the process as smooth and painless as possible. We traded in our old car, but had financing through our credit union, so I can't speak to the latter process Overall, great experience. More

Fast and easy Prior to going to Joyce Koons Honda, I had had a negative experience at another dealership (wasted time, attempted bait and switch, etc.). I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Shawn McGregor and he immediately made a point to make my experience at Joyce Koons Honda completely different. We made all our agreements and arrangements over the phone and he made sure that everything was ready to upon my arrival. Although I didn't exactly time it, I would guess that I was in and out of the dealership, with my new car in an fast 30 minutes. Kebir took over the sale at the dealership and was completed up-to-date with all communications I had with Shawn. All in all, a very pleasant, professional, and impressive experience. I would definitely recommend Joyce Koons Honda to anyone. More

Easy and Fair Did a lot of home work on which car I wanted for my daughter. Looked a few internet prices then came in with a fair price for me and the dealer. They took about 20 minutes, said 'Let's do it' and 45 minutes later I drove off with a new car. I also got 2 free oil changes to boot:-) Friendly, fair, and easy to work with. Can't say I've had that experience at another dealer. More

Wonderful Place / Honest People I was here or an oil change in April 2016 and I found the best representative to work with. His name is Alan and he is God sent. I asked them to do an oil change/ check my AC, balance and align my tires, change the cabin filter. After they did the complimentary comprehensive review, Alan came back and asked me why do I need to change the cabin filter and balance and align my tires. I had gone to Pohanka Acura a week ago and they suggested I do all this. He checked my records at Joyce and said, you actually changed the cabin filter 6 months ago, we checked and it does not need to be changed. My jaw dropped. I could not believe such people exist in this business where, as you all know, generally they try to upsell you services you dont' always need. I highly recommend this Service Place. I tested them over many years and they are honest folks who don't play tricks on their customers. I bring my Acura here, feeling confident they will take care of my car and only do what needs to be done, profits aside. At the end of the day, in this business, the relationships with customers should matter. I think they understand this concept of customer loyalty and they seem to have earned it every time, over the last many years I have been coming here. Thank you Alan! you are God Sent! More
