Trust! Excellent Service (AGAIN). I bought my second Honda Accord in 2013 and have over 50,000 miles on it. I have never had any mechanical problems with it Excellent Service (AGAIN). I bought my second Honda Accord in 2013 and have over 50,000 miles on it. I have never had any mechanical problems with it or the first Honda that I bought there. I owe that to the wonderful maintenance department at Koons Honda. They make sure my car is in great working order. Everyone is always friendly and I look forward to driving in the service bay because you are greeted and treated so well. Thanks Koons! The technician who received my vehicle listened to my description of the problem, was on time to Excellent experience, fast and competent performance. Even "found" a coupon for a free inspection sticker when I brought my rejected inspection from a mom and pop garage. Scored a bunch of points with me, I'll be returning. More
Service Center not meeting expectations The basic work on the car seems to be fine. They lack in the area of customer service. They take a long time to come up and introduce themselves.
