The quality of service, attention to detail, and customer interaction is superior. We've had 14 cars over the past 30 years and lived in several states - Joyce Koons Honda Service Department has given us the best experience from all others. Bob Miner (and others on days he is out) always gives accurate assessments of what our Honda needs to keep it running well; we have over 110,000 miles on our 2008 Honda and it runs like new. Karen always keeps me informed, and If something needs to be addressed, she gives me the information and lets me know if it needs to be done immediately or can wait. Honda Service Took my van for recall on airbag and oil/filter change. Ended up agreeing to cooling system flush and steering system cleaning. Since I have 108K mi Took my van for recall on airbag and oil/filter change. Ended up agreeing to cooling system flush and steering system cleaning. Since I have 108K miles on the vehicle, it seemed like a good thing to do. Service experience was positive, friendly service folks and cashier. Only down side is the distance from my home to the dealership, but this time gas was considerably cheaper in Manassas then Woodbridge. Been dealing with them since 2000. More
