Have been bringing my Honda here for almost 10 years I like this dealership but I wish they would bring back the piece of paper they give you with the diagonistics of you vehicle so you know that there i I like this dealership but I wish they would bring back the piece of paper they give you with the diagonistics of you vehicle so you know that there is something wrong with it. My pilot is almost 10 years old and will probably be back for another one when this one hits 200 miles. I don't like buying vehicles but this Honda has been really good. I have a problem with the breaks when they are wet during a rain storm. Told them about it and they said there is nothing wrong with it. So I am very careful when I drive in the rain. Brad was nice to work with. They gave me Karen Hunting after the guy I was with left is never there so I may just start calling Brad at least he is there and was helpful. More

Excellent, economical and trustworthy service I and my family of 4 have 5 hondas: 2004 Odyssey, 2000 accord EX V6, 2001 civic lx, 2008 accord EX V6 and 2014 civic EX... All purchased new in the I and my family of 4 have 5 hondas: 2004 Odyssey, 2000 accord EX V6, 2001 civic lx, 2008 accord EX V6 and 2014 civic EX... All purchased new in their respective year except for the 2001 civic lx. Over the year, I have them serviced at Koon Hondas in Manassas with Bob Miner as my advisor. I normally would bring the cars in for their annually inspection/emission control/oil change etc... but recently have introduced my son and daughter to familiar them with Koon service. My advisor, Mr Miner, would consult with me what need to be done with my car and advised me accordingly. I would decide what I want to do myself and what I would not want to mess with that may require getting under the car or what I don't have the tools for! When I need a major job done such as timing belt change, I will look or an internet coupon and Koon Honda in Manassas will always match the price for me. It's good to know you have a trustworthy place to bring your cars to and not having to second guess their price and integrity. I actively take care of all my cars so I don't have any problem with big surprise items thus far, mostly oil change and schedule maintenance service ! I even just bought a used Sequoia and Mr. Bob Miner says he can even take care of this car for me without me having to take it to a Toyota dealership. I still weigh the pros and cons of this as I may miss out any factory recall if don't have it done at a Toyota dealer but I definitely will use Manassas Koon Honda service for foreseeable future. I can only say this for Manassas Koon Honda with Mr. Bob Miner as my advisor only. It's not an endorsement to all Koon's services or locations or advisors as I do not know other places! But if Mr. Miner's service is an indicator of quality and integrity, than he has done himself and his dealership a big service. Thank you. Bob. PS. As pleased as I am with Manassas Koon Honda, I have not purchased a new car from this dealer, this is yet to come, time will tell. More
