We began the transaction on line and went to the dealership to test drive and make a decision. The online representative (Mario) was prompt and courteous in responding to all my questions. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule for a test drive. Once at the dealership, we worked with Leonard John?(Sales Consultant) and his manager George. It was a pleasure working the deal with Leonard – A very nice guys! Both Leonard and George came across as straight shooters and down the earth. Solid Dealership I just moved to VA and took my Colorado Honda Odyssey in for maintenance, they did an excellent job, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and I just moved to VA and took my Colorado Honda Odyssey in for maintenance, they did an excellent job, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and completed the work early, very solid work. While my wife and I were there we looked at a new Accord Touring Hybrid and were impressed with our Salesman Daniel, his enthusiasm, and honesty. We test drove it, not intending to buy but decided to buy based on the test drive, beautiful car and honesty and integrity of Daniel. Some folks will invariably have a bad experience, but in three visits to this dealership I would recommend them. And BTW, if you have a bad experience and provide no details and do NOT talk to their management I am skeptical in taking your complaint as valid. Always give people the chance to make it right before dropping bad reviews with zero detail.... Try Koons Honda, I would do business there again. More

Actually talked me out of work! I had had another repair company suggest I needed two new tires ($338) and new shocks front & back ($1,600). My Koons folks said I could get a bit m I had had another repair company suggest I needed two new tires ($338) and new shocks front & back ($1,600). My Koons folks said I could get a bit more wear out of my tires, which they would eventually replace for $320, and much more wear out of my shocks. I like that kind of honesty!!! More
