Oil change and check-up I came in for a routine oil change and asked my assigned service advisor, Roland Murphy, to check why my tire pressure warning indicator would not go I came in for a routine oil change and asked my assigned service advisor, Roland Murphy, to check why my tire pressure warning indicator would not go off. I had the tire pressure checked a couple of times and the pressure was fine. Roland Murphy could not have been more helpful. It turned out I needed a software update. He discussed what needed to be done and made sure I was okay with waiting. There was no charge for the software update. Since Koons Honda has a waiting room that accommodates plugging in a laptop, I was able to continue working until my car was ready. I would highly recommend Koons Honda based on my service experience and for having such considerate and knowledgeable staff such as Roland Murphy. I will also say I would highly recommend the Honda Civic Hybrid. I bought my first one in 2003 and traded it in for a new Honda Civic Hybrid in August 2014. My 2003 had over 289,000 miles on it and looked like new. If you believe you can love a car, you will understand that I loved that car. So far, my new car promises to be a wonderful vehicle, too. More

He stayed with me through the entire process, making sure I had something to drink even down to eating, since they were cooking out at the time. Shopping for Honda Odyssey I was referred to this dealership by my sister and her husband. I was already working with another Honda dealership, but they were having an issue fin I was referred to this dealership by my sister and her husband. I was already working with another Honda dealership, but they were having an issue finding the Odyssey in the color we wanted. I corresponded via email to request information. Within just a couple of hours the dealership found the car and was making arrangements to get the car from another dealership. I provided them with information regarding our trade in and via email received a quote for the value of our car. They did appraise our car once we visited the dealership, however they had already committed to the number they quoted us via email so there was no hassle. They beat the other dealership's price, got us the car/color we requested when the other dealership told us we would need to pay approximately $2500 more to get that car, gave us $500 more for our trade in, and ultimately provided a very good customer experience! They also provided us with a 2 year service plan to visit any Honda dealership for oil & filter changes, plus they extended the offer further for oil and filter service for the life of the car at their own dealership and service department. The staff was professional, courteous, and we were able to get in and it of the dealership in just a couple of hours. More

I originally was working with another Honda dealership, which did not have the exact car I was looking to purchase but was going to get one in for me. Koons Honda already had the car I was looking for on the lot, with a lower sticker price than the other dealership was quoting me. Working out the deal was much faster and more pleasant than with other cars I purchased, and the sales associates were easy to work with. Financing was a quick and painless process. Overall, I plan to use and reccomend this dealership from now on. More
