This was my 3rd Honda purchase so have decent d The experience at Joyce Koons Honda dealership was the cleanest car buying experience I have ever had. This was my 3rd Honda purchase so have decent data points to go from. The red carpet was rolled out when the salesman took a video of my new car and pushed to me and my family ahead of the purchase. Once arrived at the dealership, they had me driving home in my new car in under a hour and a half, with test drive, changing rags, going through financing. Was very impressive, coming from a father of 4 where time is very precious. Great experience. More

Quick and Painless Process! I went there to appraise my car. I had almost given up on getting into something that I wanted and was perfect for me. Going through so many bad deals I went there to appraise my car. I had almost given up on getting into something that I wanted and was perfect for me. Going through so many bad deals previously and my credit rating not being the same just left me honestly: frustrated and hopeless. When I got there. They drove my car, told me they'd pay it off and put me in something that I wanted. Basically, they gave it to me straight, no beating around the bush. The whole process took 2 days. I'm in the car I want and my payments are roughly the same. Thanks! Tim Welton was awesome! More

A Mouse Ate My Car That's right, a mouse ate my car. Somehow the critter got between the baffle under the hood and the hood and built a palace complete with nursery for That's right, a mouse ate my car. Somehow the critter got between the baffle under the hood and the hood and built a palace complete with nursery for the little princes and princesses. The pros at Koons Honda correctly diagnosed my problem before even taking the hood apart. They were right and a few minutes later I was back on the road with my windshield wiper fluid now squirting as it should with the new hose installed. They were fast and reasonable and tried not to laugh too hard. Several days before the rodent war my scheduled oil change was handled equally well. More

Two extra trips to Honda I went to Joyce Koons Honda for two repairs, The first one, the A/C i am very happy with. though expensive I have not had to return for any problems. I went to Joyce Koons Honda for two repairs, The first one, the A/C i am very happy with. though expensive I have not had to return for any problems. The second repair was for warranty repair on both the front driver side and right rear passenger door locks. I am not sure if QA was working each day that I came in but I had to return two more times to for the work to be completed correctly. First complaint, first trip- a Right read door = does not lock automatically and makes noise when trying to lock - fix no noise, Second trip, same door= still did not lock automatically, fixed that Third trip same door, now cannot open door using outside handle once its unlocked, Everything fixed, Good QA inspector should have caught the door handle on the second trip. But then so should I have. before I left. More
