I brought my van in for an oil change as well as new spark plugs and rear breaks. I was immediately greeted and checked in when I arrived, and given a loaner car. Joe Carroll had arranged in advance to give me a loaner car and Glenn Ogle (who checked me in) got it shortly after I arrived and I was on my way. Joe updated me later the next day about the progress of my van. He gave me details of what they found (there was additional work that needed to be done) and took the time with me to help me understand the new work being done to my van. Joe called me as soon as it was ready, but with my schedule I couldn't come back until late. That was NO problem according to Joe, so I picked up my van when I was free. My bill was high because of all that needed to be done, but not as high as I thought it would be. I've been coming to Koons for 100% of my service since I bought my van in 2006. They have been consistently kind and courteous, as well as informative as to what work is being done. I will continue to bring my van to Koons for all of my service. I trust them and their work, and have always been able to count on good customer service and quality service. More

My overall sales experience with Joyce Koons Honda was quite good. I used their Internet sales option so I didn't have to haggle over price. The first quote I was sent via email only included the base price for the vehicle and I had to specifically ask to have all costs spelled out so I would know what the out-the-door costs would be. There was some confusion over terminology on one of the items on the list. I had specifically asked for side door molding to be included in the cost of extras and was told by the person I was dealing with that that was included in the appearance package. Well, I was referring to side protective molding and they were referring to a piece of plastic that lines the end of the doors. In my initial email, I specified the part as it appears in their accessory book so I thought they understood, but they hadn't. When it came down to delivering the car, the side door molding wasn't there. Of course I was upset. At first the sales manager balked, but relented in the end and I got my door molding for the price I was originally quoted. I was glad that the dealership map it right. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and they have always been very good to me. They are friendly and the service has been good. Terry Ang, our salesman, was attentive and took the time to help us with all the features on the vehicle such as blue tooth, seat adjustment, etc. We also spoke with Misty Barbe who told us that if we ever had any questions, we should shoot her an email. We did and she never responded. I find it very unprofessional when businesses ignore customer's emails. Overall, our experience was good. We looked at vehicles and many different dealerships in the area before purchasing at Joyce Koons and they got us the best price and the best trade-in price. We would gladly do business with them again. More
