This time I must have given everyone a few more grey hairs, as the sale was quite complicated - without going into details. However, I'm now the proud owner of a new Honda CRV-EX thanks to the efforts of the team below. Arkeem Dennis was the sales representative who has worked for many hours over three days to make this sale happen. He even came back on his free day and stayed after hours the last day to complete the sale. He never pushed and kept working on and explaining the details, going back and forth for advise and finally working it all out. Arkeem stayed calm, polite, friendly, on top of things and totally committed, without ever being pushy. A very professional sales person. Sheila Williams was very pleasant as well, friendly and professional and immediately understood my situation, which was comforting.
