The rep was trying to hard to sell me some warranty or maintenance plan starting with the most expensive and going all the way down to just oil changes. Then getting no success, he tried to scare me by telling me that I have been warned and not to complaint if anything go wrong with the vehicle. II believe he was just doing what his boss ask him to do. Nevertheless that made me uncomfortable and took the excitement away of buying a vehicle. More
