My initial problem was reviewed and corrected. My car was checked out and some other service was found to be necessary. Car buying is always an ordeal but there was very few back and forth with our experience. After a counter offer or two, we gave them our bottom line and asked them to please not waste our time if we coul back and forth with our experience. They worked to meet us in the middle and I feel like we all won. The finance part was quick and our car was ready (in the garage because of the rain) when we were finished with the paperwork. Easy breezy and these people were not rude like the Fairfax dealer we had previously visited. More

What can I say about Arkeem that others haven't already said? He was EXTREMELY friendly, patient, accommodating and helpful! He is not your typical pushover, aggressive salesman as he listened attentively to our needs and thoroughly answered any questions we had. Arkeem never tried to '"push a sale." We gave him our bottom line price and he did everything in his power to meet our wishes going back and forth several times to discuss our needs with his manager, even helping us to get a better trade value on our 2004 CR-V that was initially given by $750 more! By the time we left, it was past closing time on a Friday night but never did we feel rushed in any way. We had to return the next day so he could show us the ins-and-outs of the vehicle, and even though he was busy with another sale and we had to wait for a little bit, he kept coming back to us several times to make sure we were ok. He offered to have another salesman show us, but we didn't mind waiting for him. When we did finally meet with us, he spent about 20 min thoroughly showing us the all the controls and functions and helping me even program my phone and vehicle settings. Arkeem was an extreme pleasure to work with and I would DEFINITELY recommend seeing him if you are in the market for a new car! He is the standard that other salesman should go by! I must also give high kudos to Misty and Tim! Again, they never tried to "push a sale," but what we did decide to purchase, they both gave us the complete details and explanations, making sure we understood what we were purchasing. We had to return again today to speak with Tim because we had questions on our contract and he thoroughly went through the numbers with us so that we could fully understand our contract. We also wanted to add another feature to the car and Misty worked with us to give us the price we were willing to pay for it, and she and Tim again patiently worked with us and took the time to revise our contract - with numbers we were extremely happy with! I must say Joyce Koons Honda/GMC has wonderful employees and I did not at all expect to receive the pleasant shopping experience I did, but they went above and beyond my expectations! More

Car wash wasn't done properly. One of the emp wasn't helpful when I went to pick up my van. He totally ignored me. And continued to do his work. I was the only customer at that time. Joe Atkins was very nice and friendly. I felt like I was a king because Joe went out of his way to make me feel that my business is important to them. Also, when he found out that I was new to their dealership, he gave me a tour of the building. After the service was done they washed my car.
