Matt was very knowledgeable with the Honda Minivan. We appreciated his knowledge of the different models which helped us make our decision easily. The only issue we had was with Eddy (I believe was his name?) a man who Matt went to with our negiciations. He came to meet us (kind of) he basically was really rude and cocky. It was very strange as the customer service we got with Matt was 100% different. We had a question about $188 difference. It wasn't that huge of a deal but he acted like we were questioning thousands of dollars, definitely not using any customer service skills he had to have learned. Anyway, Matt got us all set with the finance man who was wonderful to work with . We will recommend Koons Honda and Matt as a salesman to go to. More

I felt good about knowing the price I would pay the next day if I decided to purchase the vehicle. I returned the next day and spoke with Eddy Castro who made me a great offer on the new CRV I had driven the day before. He explained new v. used financing and warranties and gave me another test drive. Lois Ramirez walked me through the process and worked along with Antonio to make sure that my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the purchase. Tim Rowan walked me through the finance paperwork offering some insightful comments about insurance. I never felt rushed and felt I knew my various options. Misty was patient explaining options. I purchased the new CRV and when I returned the next day Eddy patiently answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly and it was a welcoming atmosphere. They will definitely be servicing my vehicle in the years to come. More

Service visit for oil change, power steering flush and wheel alignment. From the time it was new, the car never seemed to track as well as it should, and since I had recently put new tires on it, I took wheel alignment. From the time it was new, the car never seemed to track as well as it should, and since I had recently put new tires on it, I took it in for alignment. It now tracks very well and is an ease to drive on the highway. This is my fourth service visit to Joyce Koons Honda and the service is excellent. More

I was impressed by the promptness and professionalism displayed by Mr. Bencivenga while handling my complain. Service was provided the very same day and much satisfied with it. I have being a taking my Honda vehicles for service to this dealer for the last 6 years and planning to continue doing so. More
I had a side mirror replaced. The part had to be ordered and I was scheduled for an 11:00am appointment the next day. This was my first time to be able to just take my time and shop for a new car. I came to Joyce Koons Honda first to test drive the Crosstour. Then went to two other dealerships. After two weeks, I made up my mind on the Crosstour. It took a little longer than expected, even though I had my own money, but at the end I was very happy and excited. They made sure I drove out of there with a new car happy. Everyone I know is telling me how great Hondas are and I will be experiencing it for the first time. I love my car. Everything about this car buying experience was far better than any other in the past. We were able to pick the car we wanted and within a few hours we had a quote from Andy Oravetz with a price that was perfect for what we needed. We met with Gary Johnson the next day who let us test drive the vehicle we wanted along with another vehicle (different model) so we could see the difference and ensure we are making a sound decision. After we were convinced that this was the vehicle, Gary worked with us to ensure we were getting everything we needed and that we were going to be satisfied with our decision. The best part was how quickly everything went once we made a deal. I have been in other dealerships for hours after making a deal and Joyce Koons just seemed to be a quick and easy process compared to the others. I would highly recommend them for new or used sales and be sure to ask for Gary as he seemed to have a lot of experience and was able to meet all of our needs. Thanks Koons.
