I brought my new 2012 Fit to Koons to have the software updated for the stability control system. This was a recall item I had just received from Honda. When I made the appointment, the staff were very updated for the stability control system. This was a recall item I had just received from Honda. When I made the appointment, the staff were very pleasant. I arrived at Koon's and Ralph Freese was expecting me. (He said there aren't many orange Fits coming in for service!). He said my Fit was the first Fit recall he had to deal with. As he was not sure how long the software update would take, he asked if I wanted to be taken home or wait. I chose to wait. After a relatively short time in the pleasant waiting room, the update was completed. Ralph had me confirm the update had been completed and gave me a record of the work for my records. He then asked if I wanted to have the Fit washed. At first I said no, and later changed my mind. He seemed amused I changed my mind. I first met Ralph the night I originally bought the Fit, on November 1. I noticed a tire pressure light was on when I was driving home following the purchase. I immediately return. Mr. Freese explained why the light was on, and had the tire pressure immediately checked. I was impressed with the speed with which Mr. Freese dealt with my first experience and my positive experience with this recall has reaffirmed my positive impression of both Mr. Freese and Koon's Honda of Manassas in general. I am looking forward to a long, positive association with Koon's. More
Chris Shade was very professional and did a great job of explaining the different options for the replacement of my transmission. I had an excellend experience recently with Joyce Koons Honda. My husband was out of town, so when my car wasn't working correctly one day and didn't start the next day, it was very stressful. Roland was Honda. My husband was out of town, so when my car wasn't working correctly one day and didn't start the next day, it was very stressful. Roland was quick to listen, help and work with me. Once my care was towed in, he explained everything thorougly and answered all my questions. The work was completed sooner than I expected and I was very pleased with the outcome and service. I appreciated the quick response and clear description of my car's needs. I felt like Roland and Honda made the stress of the entire experience painless and I'd definitely go back again in the future. More
Matt was very knowledgeable with the Honda Minivan. We appreciated his knowledge of the different models which helped us make our decision easily. The only issue we had was with Eddy (I believe was his name?) a man who Matt went to with our negiciations. He came to meet us (kind of) he basically was really rude and cocky. It was very strange as the customer service we got with Matt was 100% different. We had a question about $188 difference. It wasn't that huge of a deal but he acted like we were questioning thousands of dollars, definitely not using any customer service skills he had to have learned. Anyway, Matt got us all set with the finance man who was wonderful to work with . We will recommend Koons Honda and Matt as a salesman to go to. More

Service visit for oil change, power steering flush and wheel alignment. From the time it was new, the car never seemed to track as well as it should, and since I had recently put new tires on it, I took wheel alignment. From the time it was new, the car never seemed to track as well as it should, and since I had recently put new tires on it, I took it in for alignment. It now tracks very well and is an ease to drive on the highway. This is my fourth service visit to Joyce Koons Honda and the service is excellent. More
I stopped by in early May to test drive a 2013 CRV and Antonio Cabrera helped me take it for a test drive. I returned later that day to test drive a used car. I felt good about knowing the price I would pay the next day if I decided to purchase the vehicle. I returned the next day and spoke with Eddy Castro who made me a great offer on the new CRV I had driven the day before. He explained new v. used financing and warranties and gave me another test drive. Lois Ramirez walked me through the process and worked along with Antonio to make sure that my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the purchase. Tim Rowan walked me through the finance paperwork offering some insightful comments about insurance. I never felt rushed and felt I knew my various options. Misty was patient explaining options. I purchased the new CRV and when I returned the next day Eddy patiently answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly and it was a welcoming atmosphere. They will definitely be servicing my vehicle in the years to come. More
