They are always good with their time estimates; while I know I could go elsewhere for cheaper and likely equivalent repair work, though perhaps not with Honda parts, the overall service experience is worth the small premium. And yes, a transmission counts as a part... important for those of us with V6-2000 Accords... More

I was having engine problems, and I went in with the intention of just getting an oil change and getting it checked out.
