I am always pleased with my service at Koons, from the Service Advisor to the technicians. I had an oil change recently and some other service work done, and with the 2 new rear tires I purchased, my cos Service Advisor to the technicians. I thought that was a bit high, even if I don't include the tires, which were $300 in tires, my service that day was still $500. More
Had a problem with my Accord turning over very slowly first thing in the morning. Took it to your service department and they tried it when I first broughtit in and the problem did not surface.
