The reason for an OK rating is I am a platinum member which is suppose to get discounts as well as the vehicle is suppose to be washed. When dropping off the vehicle we showed the service writer our pla which is suppose to get discounts as well as the vehicle is suppose to be washed. When dropping off the vehicle we showed the service writer our platinum key chain when we went to pick up the vehicle and pay for the service the price was full price it was not the platinum discounted price. When asking the cashier why it was not the platinum price she stated that it was not written up showing that we are platinum members. When I told the cashier we were platinum members she asked to see the key chain which I told her was in the car they were servicing, she made seem like she was doing me a favor by giving me the discount without seeing the key chain and started to lecture me on the process of dropping of the vehicle. I have to think that my name is in their system as a platinum member so why she had to be rude I do not know. When the vehicle was brought from the back it was not washed, since this was my first service since purchasing the vehicle I hope this was a one time event if not I will consider if the money spent for platinum membership was worth it and if taking the vehicle back to this dealer is the right thing to do. More

Regarding our purchase of the Pilot this weekend, Dipak Regmi provided outstanding customer service. I am the first to admit that I can be a "demanding" customer. Dipak was always pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and supportive of our needs. We visited other Honda dealerships in the area but none of them matched up to the service we received from Joyce Koons. We will be recommending Joyce Koons to our family and friends, and we will be a return customer mainly due to outstanding professionals like Dipak Regmi. More
I was able yo make and keep an appointment and so my time was very efficiently spend there. Thew hand off from Tony to Ralph was flawless. I actually enjoyed my time at the Honda service department. While waiting for my vehicle I was able to relax in the lounge, catch up on the news on tv and enjoy a cup of tea. Both of them were extremely professional, customer caring and went above and beyond to get our business and ensure our happiness. We are Honda car owner for over 18 years now. This was the first time that we used this dealership. So far we were using Fairfax Honda for all of our automobile needs and from last several years we were going through so unpleasant experience with them that I had to call the corporate to express my concerns about the delaership and were almost at a point of considering purchase of different brand car. Our experience with Arkeem and Peter has revitalized our trust and loyalty to honda and is definitely attributed to the excellence of service provided by Arkeem and Peter.
