The main reason I didn't give them 5 stars across the board was because the mechanic did not perform a safety recall on the master door switch correctly the first time and I had to bring it back to the d board was because the mechanic did not perform a safety recall on the master door switch correctly the first time and I had to bring it back to the dealership to be fixed again. That said, the dealership called me on a Sunday to follow up and scheduled another service visit while on the phone at my convince. In addition, for the inconvenience of having to come back they gave me a $100 credit against any future service or part purchase. During my first visit the mechanic did spot a torn engine mount during their inspection and alerted me to this. This is a common problem for older CRVs. One of my sister's had this problem on her CRV and did not catch it in time, which ended up costing her $1800 as a result of other damage incurred when the mount completely failed. So the mechanic's inspection caught this early and saved me a much larger repair bill. I did purchase this CRV from this dealership and have browsed there a few times while looking for other cars to buy. For the new car purchasing experience I'll add that the sales staff was very pleasurable to work with. They did push a bunch of high pressure sales pitches on you, but they were there to answer any questions you had and explain all of the car's features and advantages. I would recommend this dealership for both new car purchases and servicing. More

Arrived for inspection, found out Odyssey van failed inspection for quite a few problems dealing with the front end and and that could not go over looked for the inspection. This was going to cost me upwards of 4k to get fixed and all this happening the weekend before Christmas. I am a staunch supporter of Joyce Koons as I bring all my Hondas from Leesburg to there for service and have been for the past 12 years. I have never had a problem with any of the service advisors but really like Joe Carroll but he was not there the day I brought it in so I left it in Ralph's capable hands.. I talked with my wife and came up with the money to get it fixed and I left it with Ralph and he sat me up in a loaner car till it was finished. I happened to see Mike Clancy before I left and told him I felt like I was part owner there. He assured me I would be taken care of. It took them a little longer than they expected but after about 8 days I was called and said it was ready. They also did take care of me and I got out of there around 3.4k. The service staff, cashiers, advisors, managers, technicians etc are all great at Koons and I highly recommend them to anyone for their service needs. More

I think the first guy I spoke to and who checked me in was pissed off at me because I voted for President Obama he saw my bumper sticker and I commented on the car in front of me that still had it's Romney/Allen stickers on it...The election is over there ain't no do overs.. Took my Honda CRV in for oil change and emissions. I was thinking about 4 wheel alignment to get ready for the winter but was not sure. As usual, I made the appointment online at the dealer's website the night before. Dealer has both mobile and normal web sites for making online appointments. When I got to the service bays, I noticed that the service advisors had new gadgets (like laptops). They were using their gadgets to scan the VIN number, access my appointment and check me in with estimated cost. Cool - hopefully those things do not crash. I waited while the work was done. Wi-fi and desks are available. Kelly found me a bit later to report that their visual inspection found a nail in two different tires (wow). I approved the patches and I mentioned that I was thinking about the alignment but that I was not sure. Kelly pointed out that the dealership was having a service special for 4 wheel alignment at that time. I went for it. In all, it took couple of hours to get my oil change, emissions, two patches, two balances and 4 wheel alignment done. Kelly showed me the Before and After report for the 4 wheel alignment and based on the report, I did need the alignment (I wonder if I would have been charged if the Before report had showed that I did not need any alignment). At the cashier, I used a ten dollar coupon for the oil change. All coupons are available on the dealer's website. One satisfied customer. More
Saturday morning ...car's battery dead! Not good way to start your weekend. Did not know what to do. My neighbor had tried charging the battery and nothing was working. Best suggestion ever! I called and in less than an hour I had Charlie in my house with a mechanic (forgot his name) and a new battery. It was freezing outside ...they told me to wait inside. Not to worry that they were going to take care of everything. And they sure did! They were polite, friendly and efficient. And best of all, it reminded me of that personal service that we have back home (South America) when those professionals you trust come to your home anytime you need them. The best of feelings!
