Bought a new Honda CRV EX-L/NAV last week. My sales consultant was Arkeem Dennis who was very knowledgable about the CRV. He provided a very thorough explanation of the NAV/Audio system and other tech consultant was Arkeem Dennis who was very knowledgable about the CRV. During the test drive Arkeem demonstrated many of the NAV/Audio features while I concentrated on the driving experience. Back at the dealership the negotiations were low pressure and clearly a "win/win" for both the buyer and dealer. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in nearly 40 years. First time user of this firm's service dept. I had my Honda Civic in for a routine mileage service check. It was easy to get an appointment. Glenn, our service rep. was very friendly and helpful. I needed to get something from my car, & even though it was up on the lift for service, Glenn walked me back and got the technician to lower the car to get the items I needed. Also, there were coupons for service- related items on this firm's web site, but I couldn't get them to print, but when I told Glenn about this he honored the ones that pertained to my service call. The service estimate was right on the money - no hidden costs - and was about the amount I expected for a routine service check. I would recommend this Honda dealership to others. At the same service visit my daugther's Honda Civic was in for a recall item and that was handled in a timely manner without any service-related problems. More
