I purchased my Touring elite from Joyce Koons two weeks ago. There was no pressure and they gave me a fair price for trade in as well as pricing on the new van. They actively engaged the kids in conversation and helped the kids get around in the vans while shopping. I like the experience so much, I purchased a honda civic from Joyce Koons one week later. Great experience all around for both purhcases. Will recomend to all of my friends and family. Wale was an excellent salesman and I can't say enough nice things about the service he provided to me and my family. I test drove the CRVs and Civics. While the CRVs were more money, I never felt pressure from Wale to go with the more expensive car. I just wish I had used this dealership when I purchased my last touring in 2008. More

We went in for an oil change but were near the 10K window for service. It was reasonable and include the oil change. Also had my wiper inserts changed and the price was reasonable, only the cost of the ins for service. It was reasonable and include the oil change.
