Purchasing a new Honda Accord EXL V6 was one of my best purchasing experiences for an expensive acquisition. I had doen extensive research on this car for a year and compared prices from as far as Penns purchasing experiences for an expensive acquisition. I had doen extensive research on this car for a year and compared prices from as far as Pennsylvania and New York. One evening Ed Castro the sales manager called me up and said that he will not let me buy the car from outside my home area of Loudoun County. He and my sales person Dipak Regmi made the experience very pleasant and stress free. I was given the best price, treated with utmost respect, the gentlemen were very pleasant, and the whole transaction was done in 30 minutes. I have already referred Joyce Koons Honda to three of my friends, and will definitely refer to them to many others. More
Kelly Dutton provided exceptional service from initial reception to the final repair. After review by the technician Kelly called to provide me with repair status and explained in detail what additional reception to the final repair. I asked to complete the initially requested 105,000 service (plus checking air conditioning cooling)and add those items identified by the technician. The car was ready as promised. However, after driving home, it was evident that the air conditioning was not cooling. I called Kelly and left a voicemail. He expeditiously returned my call saying to bring the car back in. I needed the car for work the next day. After a technician review, the verdict was a need to replace the air conditioning compressor, which must have gone out just as I drove out of the maintenance bay. Since the repair couldn't be completed until the next day, Kelly provided me with a loaner car and said the repair would be completed by noon on the next day. When I returned to Koons Honda, the car was indeed ready. The air conditioning worked fine. I had cut out a coupon to use, but Kelly had already applied the 15% reduction and there was no charge for the loaner car. Excellent and professional service! Very responsive! More

Ron dropped the ball. I dropped the car overnight to have service check AC compressor for vibration. When I called at noon to check on status since I have not heard from Ron, he mentioned they were ba have service check AC compressor for vibration. When I called at noon to check on status since I have not heard from Ron, he mentioned they were back logged and have not started work yet. He mentioned it would be finished before closing 7 PM and he would contact me when ready. I called at 6:30 PM and since I never heard back from him and I wanted to make sure car was ready for me to pick it up before 7 PM. Kelly Dutton mentioned Ron left at 4:30 PM. Also, my car was ready at 4:30 PM per the invoice. Ron quoted lower for estimate to replace compressor by $200. He needs a customer focused adjustment to improve his attention to detail for customers. More
