I have taken my 2003 Honda Civic to this dealer for service numerous times for regular maintenance, as well as repairs of different issues, and my experience exceeds expectations every time. The service staff is very friendly and courteous, and Chris Shade is wonderful in explaining all that needs to be done. On two occasions Chris took me to the repair shop to show me what exactly needed to be fixed on my car, while it was elevated to be repaired. He explained with great patience why they recommend the specific repair, when I should take care of it, and what the implications are should I wait. There were no scare tactics, no pressure to have something done right away, just great care to explain the significance of everything that needed to be fixed. A friend recommended this service facility 3 years ago, and I have recommended it to friends and family many times since then. I will continue to return for any future service needs. More

I purchased my car from Koons Honda and have dealt with Brad Burch with all of our service needs. He makes me feel like I'm his "only appointment" of the day. I've never had to wait long. Even with longer services being performed, he's as efficient as possible and regularly gives me updates while I'm waiting. I really appreciate that feedback with my busy schedule. Brad talks on "my level" and I know that the repairs or concerns with my car are fully explained to me. While checking out, he waits to make sure I don't have any more questions and makes sure I check out okay. I am walked to my car and feel completely taken care of while getting my car serviced. Truly, top notch customer service. I cannot stress how important this makes me feel as a car owner and my loyalty to Koons Honda, solely because of Mr. Burch in Service. My HOnda 2003 Element was purchased here and when I had it serviced here, I was always pleased. When I needed a Catalytic converter, I went with the cheaper price at another service company and it only lst it serviced here, I was always pleased. When I needed a Catalytic converter, I went with the cheaper price at another service company and it only lsted 2 years. Lesson learned: for major repairs go the the dealer for quality! This was the worst experience in my life dealing with a dealership that is disrespectful to customer. The sale mangers Eddy try to use tactics to embrace the customer in front of others by using loud and e dealership that is disrespectful to customer. I made him an offer over the telephone and he asked me to come in to close the paperwork. Upon arrival he treated me with disrespect and tries to embrace me and told me the price that I am offering is ridicules. However, it was the same price that I have already told him over the phone and he insisted me to come in and close the deal. I am surprised that he has been working as a sales manager at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership since they don’t know how to treat customer with respect. I went to this dealership thinking it is somehow related to Koons Toyota of Tyson’s corner. I purchased my last two cars from Koons TOYOTA of Tyson’s corners and have been very happy with that dealership. I will take my business back to the same dealership who knows how to treat the customer right. More

My wife and I recently bought a used Honda Odyssey. My wife dropped the van off around lunch time and your shuttle dropped her of at her office. Prior to leaving the dealership she asked our assigned ser wife dropped the van off around lunch time and your shuttle dropped her of at her office. Prior to leaving the dealership she asked our assigned service associate when the van would be done (getting the under carriage weatherized and the paint and interior treated). She was told three hours or so. When my wife was dropped off by the shuttle she was advised by the driver that he would be off duty at 5:pm (?). 5pm approached and I was at home getting dinner squared away (had the grill lit and a stove simmering) and my wife calls me, "I can't get a hold of the service center guy or get picked up by the shuttle. Can you come and get me?" The timing was bad. Oh well. A quick teaching lesson in culinary arts to a 17 year old and then I am on my way to get my wife and run her to the service center. The van is done and another service associate gets her on the road in the van. I have to say... Nice job on the paint. Great job on getting the van done! Dispite the trouble with the pick-up and lack of contact on progress with the job, we are extremely happy with this vehicle. The purchase experience with sales and finance was exceptional. Thankyou. I bought my Honda Accord at Koons 10 years ago and have had all my corrective and preventive maintenance done there. I want to know that the work done on my car is done correctly, by an auto technician th had all my corrective and preventive maintenance done there.
