We went in for an oil change but were near the 10K window for service. It was reasonable and include the oil change. Also had my wiper inserts changed and the price was reasonable, only the cost of the ins for service. It was reasonable and include the oil change. I purchased my Touring elite from Joyce Koons two weeks ago. There was no pressure and they gave me a fair price for trade in as well as pricing on the new van. They actively engaged the kids in conversation and helped the kids get around in the vans while shopping. I like the experience so much, I purchased a honda civic from Joyce Koons one week later. Great experience all around for both purhcases. Will recomend to all of my friends and family. Wale was an excellent salesman and I can't say enough nice things about the service he provided to me and my family. I test drove the CRVs and Civics. While the CRVs were more money, I never felt pressure from Wale to go with the more expensive car. I just wish I had used this dealership when I purchased my last touring in 2008. More

Bought my civichybred there seven years ago and have had all the maintenance done there. 100000 miles and it runs like a top.... 40 mpg or more all the time. Never had a hastle or misunderstanding. I took my car in to this service shop because my car engine light came on and my regular shop was too busy to assist. I've used Joyce Koon's Honda in Manassas since 2000. They offer great service, convenient times, and other amenities that are useful for keeping my Hondas in top operating condition. They complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. In fact in all the years I've used them, I can only recall having to wait more than one day on my service needs only one time. That was for a part that they had to get shipped in from a distribution hub and it arrived the next day. They did provide a loaner car late in the day on that occasion, which was nice since the delay was unexpected and could have been inconvenient. I've used several of the service managers and all of them were quite helpful and offerred the best service for my vehicles. More
