My CRV was in need of an oil change and scheduled maintenance and I always call Ralph to set it up. He took the car in and called me to tell me what needed to be done. This was the first time I used the online appointment. I arrived and the check-in went smoothly. We called ahead and spoke to Kristen and she recognized my voice and knew which of our vehicles needed service when I told her it was my wife's car. She called us when our vehicle service was complete as she said she would and asked if we wanted the complimentary car wash, which we took advantage of. The cashier was friendly and efficiently processed the checkout of the invoice for service. She asked if we wanted a complimentary car wash, which we declined as Kristen had already taken care of it. The porter had our car waiting for us when we got to the service lanes. Overall it was and has always been a very good experience having our vehicles serviced at Koons. More

My wife brought the car in for state inspection. We had an issue with our Odyssey as well, my wife asked Kristen about it. Kristen immediately knew what the issue was, and even informed us that we had a Ho an issue with our Odyssey as well, my wife asked Kristen about it. I didn't realize that my Honda care warranty would cover an item like this (power steering pump needed replacing.) My wife was given a rental car on the spot, and we didn't have to return until the next day. The entire cost was covered by the extended warranty, and the service was great. More

My experience with this Koons service department has always been very good. I rated everything great because I like knowing that you know my car. In addition, I had a busted caliber. Geez, when it rains it pours. You fixed my car quickly (as usual), and it is back to running great. I checked ok on the price because it was quite a big bill. Your oil changes are comparable to others. Your regular maintenance service is a bit pricey to me, but I haven't comparison shopped. I am comfortable with my Koons service department, even if the regular maintenance prices are a bit high. More

The techs appear to be equally concerned and both Kristen and your technicians clearly explain any issues found, let you see what they are referring to while your vehicle is lifted and resolve the issues without delay. I have purchased tweo vehicles from Koons and have been coming here for over 3 years since our move from PA. There is no where else I would ever consider going as long as Kristen remains at Koons. You have a fantastic young lady working for you who gives it her all to ensure the ultimate experience in customer service and satisfaction.
