Fraudulent conveyance of a vehicle is not a good sales pract I purchased a used 2019 Honda Accord from Joyce Koons Honda with cash that I wired directly into their account. After being made to wait for an hour a I purchased a used 2019 Honda Accord from Joyce Koons Honda with cash that I wired directly into their account. After being made to wait for an hour and signing multiple forms when I picked up the car I was handed a folder and told the title, signed over to me, was inside. When I arrived home I found no such title. I called the dealership and was told that an executed title would be sent immediately. No document ever arrived. 15 separate calls to 5 different managers at the dealership has produced no title and calls are no longer returned. I can only assume the motor vehicle they sold me was stolen since they clearly did not have title to it. I cannot register my car, I am out $25,000 and the dealership doesn't return calls. Even if the car is legitimate this is absolutely no way to treat a customer. Of course, I will never return there except for when I see them in court. Stay away! More

While I was waiting I was able to work on my laptop in the showroom at a separate table, which was most appreciated given the current health situation in our country. When I was approached by a salesman, he just wanted to make sure I was setup okay and to let him know if I had any interest in buying a car. Again, no pressure, just a welcoming hi. Obviously, this is the culture of this dealership: respond to a customer's needs and not push an agenda that is not requested by a customer. As to how my car ran after servicing, it was significantly better. More
