C J Zhu has been excellent and so helpful to make my decision easier & faster, actually, all 2019 Honda models have great standard features which were optional before. I’ve enjoyed the experience and I’m so happy with my choice which is loaded with great features including Apple CarPlay, Lane-Keep-Assist, Front-Collision Protection, and much more. They missing star is only because I’ve been expecting a better lease-package price! More

The light for tire pressure stared coming on for short periods so I went to the closest Honda service center which was Joyce Koons. Kyle was able to diagnose and get the problem fixed. I was pleased with the service. A couple days later I brought the car back to have the exterior detailed. When I picked up the car there was no film on the headlights and it was as spotless as when purchased. I recommend this service center. More

Not a good experience The pricing was pretty good for the new car. The trade in however was way off because of the carfax saying the vehicle was stolen( erroneous informati The pricing was pretty good for the new car. The trade in however was way off because of the carfax saying the vehicle was stolen( erroneous information as it was broken in to and the airbag was stolen and damaged was fixed within a week through insurance). But to say a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L with 148k miles is only worth $400 is highway robbery. Even if the vehicle was supposedly stolen and crashed and the damage was fixed it's still worth more than $400!!!!!! And instead of telling clients how far other clients would travel to buy a nice used vehicle as opposed to mine, how about trying to consummate a deal by working with me. The overall sarcasm from Tim Welton the manager wasn't appreciated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere for sure and will gladly pay more for mediocre service. Because at this point that would be an upgrade! More
