Jordan J. was very calm, explained the details of the car and process in an easily understandable way and did not make myself or my father feel pressured at all. I came in knowing the car I wanted, got to test drive it, include the necessary add on features, and finalized the sale. Christine in the finance department was also amazing. She took her time explaining and even ranking the added warranties and maintenance features that would apply to my needs rather than trying to continuously up sell as I have experienced in other car dealerships. It was a smooth process, only prolonged by my bank. Within a little over an hour the paperwork was being compiled and sent to my financial institution. Financing at the dealership is available and if selected actually gives good interest rates. I look forward to making the 45 minute drive to this dealership again for the quality of care and attentive customer service when it is time to purchase another car. My experience was very relaxed and seamless. You have a dynamic duo on your team. They deserve a bonus. More
