He explained and offered options but did NOT pressure or over sell. Brad brought over the mechanic after the inspection to discuss the results—regret I don’t remember his name. He helped in our discussions on what should be done on this visit. In one case he and Brad recommended against a service I had requested as it was not needed at this time. The maintenance work was timely and very well done. I could tell the difference I immediately when I drove the vehicle The price was market value and as discussed and expected. Not surprised by any added work or charges. I was very impressed and Joyce Koons Honda Manassas Will now be my maintenance center even though I have to drive further to get there. More

Very helpful I was disappointed to have to bring my car back the first week I had it first to do body work, however that damage was caused in transport to get me I was disappointed to have to bring my car back the first week I had it first to do body work, however that damage was caused in transport to get me the color I wanted. They gave me a loaner and had the work done in a week. However the same day I drove away it was hot, I turned on AC and it didn’t work. The staff told me to bring it right in. They had to order a new AC and they did it timely in one day. I was grateful and haven’t had any further issues. I appreciated the staff, their kindness and willingness to help me. Things happen when cars sit on lots waiting for purchase. I understood that and was just grateful they took care of everything timely for me! Thank you to the staff of Joyce Koons! More

After we decided on the vehicle with the sales person, we waited for over an hour in the finance office to be seen by someone to complete the purchase. We were told by the finance office that the reason for the wait was because we already had a 3rd party loan and we were not getting a loan through the dealership. We emailed the general manager the next day about this issue and never received a response. We followed up with the general manager a week later and still received no response. More
