Wonderful, Honest Service I began taking my car here when I first got it, and I lived in Manassas. I have a Honda Civic, and I was told this dealership had a wonderful reputati I began taking my car here when I first got it, and I lived in Manassas. I have a Honda Civic, and I was told this dealership had a wonderful reputation for great service. Sure enough, I've always had a wonderful experience. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and when, and I have never had to wait longer than 3 hours for my car. I moved to Maryland recently and tried a dealership up there. I paid twice as much as I do for the same services at Joyce Koons in Manassas, and I was told things needed to be fixed that definitely didn't. On top of all that, I had to wait over 5 hours for my vehicle and that was with an appointment. I will now drive the hour happily to Manassas to have my car serviced at Joyce Koons Honda. More

We had Mansour Assadpour as our primary Sales contact for our Honda Pilot purchase, and we can honestly say this is the most down to earth salesman that we have ever met, non aggressive and funny and extroverted your next door neighbor that you would want to have. And we have purchased several new cars over the years and really dreaded on entering the show room feeling like vultures were circling me/us. So this experience has changed our whole mind set about buying a new car from dealerships.
