Wonderful, Honest Service I began taking my car here when I first got it, and I lived in Manassas. I have a Honda Civic, and I was told this dealership had a wonderful reputation for great service. Sure enough, I've always had a wonderful experience. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and when, and I have never had to wait longer than 3 hours for my car. I moved to Maryland recently and tried a dealership up there. I paid twice as much as I do for the same services at Joyce Koons in Manassas, and I was told things needed to be fixed that definitely didn't. On top of all that, I had to wait over 5 hours for my vehicle and that was with an appointment. I will now drive the hour happily to Manassas to have my car serviced at Joyce Koons Honda. More
