True customer service Joyce Koons Honday is amazing! I purchased my car here in 2016 and I also get my car serviced at this location. I recently moved to Maryland and still Joyce Koons Honday is amazing! I purchased my car here in 2016 and I also get my car serviced at this location. I recently moved to Maryland and still come here for servicing. A few weekends ago, I drove to Honda for servicing without an appointment and it was about 2 hours from close time but there were a lot of cars in front of me. I felt terrible for being a huge inconvenience but the guy assured me that they would be able to take care of my vehicle same day since I drove all the way from Maryland . Truly appreciate his flexibility and dedication to making me a satisfied customer . More

Our salesperson, Greg Mann, is the most informative, polite, and helpful person that we were so fortunate to have during our purchase at Joyce Koons Honda. The management was very welcoming and very easy to deal with. We love our new Honda Pilot and are thankful to all the staff that helped us during the process. Additionally, we found out post the purchase that our salesperson, Greg Mann, has late stage cancer and has a limited time left to live. I've had my car in their capable hands a few different times and they've always taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. They explain every step of what needs to be done and Mo is the best Service Advisor around! And while this may seem small, they even make sure to take my removable "I Love My Mutt" magnet off the back of my car before running it through their complimentary car wash. That is impressive in my book. I'm definitely a customer for life! More
