We are greeted at the door by a service representative. After inspecting the car, the service representative meets with us to give us a detailed report on any repairs needed or maintenance items along with pricing beforehand. They also explain the reasons. A free car wash is always a plus. Because my husband is a vet, we receive a good discount. The service representative gives us a written report with costs, as well as a plan for what's specifically needed in the future. I appreciate this for budgeting purposes. I've taken my Honda to other dealerships and repair shops but I always feel valued when I come to Koons Honda! More

Don't go somewhere that has to guess what's wrong with your vehicle and have you return again and again for the same problem. I also like the fact my repairs are done with Honda quality parts that last longer and wear better than aftermarket ones. My service advisor Kelly Dutton is professional, courteous and keeps me informed in a timely manner all along the way so I know how long I will be at the dealership or exactly when my vehicle will be ready for pickup. Always feel in good hands Called spoke with Tyson in the service dept. about a noise coming from what appeared to be the water pump, He asked me to bring the car in right away Called spoke with Tyson in the service dept. about a noise coming from what appeared to be the water pump, He asked me to bring the car in right away turns out it was the water pump but the car was also due for timing belt, tensioner pulley replacement which was completed.in a timely basis. I been coming to J Koons Honda Manassas on and off for a few years due to being a little far from home but to me their service dept never failed me if I had a problem with my car they were there. Everyone in service have always been helpful and honest. I don't mind paying slightly higher prices for guaranteed good reliable service. Highly recommended. More

Used car assistant manager I understand the need to buy trades at a price that you can turn around and sell for a profit. I was flabbergasted when I went back to by my second Honda in three weeks. My sales person, Mariame Djoura was excellent as she had been the previous month. The attempted transaction went sideways when the Asst. Used car manager offered $14500 for my trade. I knew that Carmax would give me $18200 as well as another dealership offering $19000. as well as the auction value at the time being between $18500 and $18900. This rube was trying to steel a trade and tried to show me three ways from Tuesday why he was right. On top of that he kept saying he was loosing money on "his car" . I don't give a tinkers D__mn what the new car was selling for, and it was not his car it was the deal that the New Car manager was making. I would suggest in the future that you do one of two things: first have a used car manager that knows what he is doing and second if he does know fire him for being a thief. I did end up buying a car from Chantilly Honda while paying $22274 out the door for my 2019 Civic Hatchback Sport and getting $19500 for my trade. the sense that that manager agreed with was that he could buy it at auction for $18700 and by the time auction fees and transportation were paid he would be at $19500 for a car that he had test driven and inspected. I will return because I have friends there. For the dealership you should know what a good buy is and not insult the consumer.
