Better than Fairfax Honda, but beware of Mr. Zhu I tried my best to give 5 starts, but I had to take off at least one star because of the last comment on this review. I compared prices at many different places, and this place (Internet Sales team particularly) was the kindest overall. Internet sales team's quote and the way she communicate made me to stop by. Although one of the salesmen Mr. Zhu (which I don't below) wasn't willing to negotiate at all and so rude, thankfully I ended up talking to the manager and ended up with a good deal. Overall, I think it's better than Fairfax Honda because this location's Internet Sales team is kind. However, Mr. Zhu ruined my experience at this location. p.s. Beware of a salesman assistant named by Mr. C Zhu. Based on my experience and assumption, he doesn't get paid on commission base. I couldn't find him under the list either. The reason I say this is that he was not willing to negotiate, work with me to sell a car, nor had enthusiasm at all. When I complained about the car I was buying that wasn't like "new" because it has a scratch and dent which paint was off, all he said was like "that's not even a problem and every car is like that." That made me feel like just to walk away no matter how cheap the price was. So, beware of that person and work with someone else instead. More

I wanted to get my loa I had a bad experience at the Joyce Koons dealership in Manassas. Chaudry Rafique told me I was only approved by Capital One. I wanted to get my loan with Apple FCU since I have my account there but he told me I wasn't approved by Apple FCU. I trusted him and went with Capital One. A week later I went to Apple FCU to see why they didn't approve my auto loan but they told me I was approved for a loan the same day. I would have received a lower rate from Apple FCU. I brought this up with Shawn McGregor and he wasn't helpful. I wanted to speak to the President of Joyce Koons but Shawn told me that no one can speak to him directly. There was also some issues with the registration of my vehicle. I had to go to DMV myself to register my own car. Please have David Hish contact me at his earliest convenience. More

I strongly recommend this dealership especially after I'd reached out to other dealerships in Northern Virginia, Maryland and even Central Virginia. I appreciate the tremendous customer service provided by Tim Welton and Nacchater Singh. The financial service manager (unfortunately I don't recall his name) was very professional, ethical and pleasant to work with, explaining different options in aiding my decision making process. This was a breath of fresh air from my previous car purchase that left a bad taste in my mouth. If you know that you want to purchase a Honda vehicle, I highly suggest you stopping by and ask for Tim or Nacchater to assist you to make that final purchase without buyers remorse. More
