Poor service from Chaudry Rafique I had a bad experience at the Joyce Koons dealership in Manassas. Chaudry Rafique told me I was only approved by Capital One. I wanted to get my loa I had a bad experience at the Joyce Koons dealership in Manassas. Chaudry Rafique told me I was only approved by Capital One. I wanted to get my loan with Apple FCU since I have my account there but he told me I wasn't approved by Apple FCU. I trusted him and went with Capital One. A week later I went to Apple FCU to see why they didn't approve my auto loan but they told me I was approved for a loan the same day. I would have received a lower rate from Apple FCU. I brought this up with Shawn McGregor and he wasn't helpful. I wanted to speak to the President of Joyce Koons but Shawn told me that no one can speak to him directly. There was also some issues with the registration of my vehicle. I had to go to DMV myself to register my own car. Please have David Hish contact me at his earliest convenience. More

Competitive Pricing and Go Extra Mile I wasn't thinking of buying my new Honda at this dealership but the price was hard to beat and the sakes manager truly went the extra mile to gain my I wasn't thinking of buying my new Honda at this dealership but the price was hard to beat and the sakes manager truly went the extra mile to gain my confidence to seal the deal for me to drive out same day with my new vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership especially after I'd reached out to other dealerships in Northern Virginia, Maryland and even Central Virginia. I appreciate the tremendous customer service provided by Tim Welton and Nacchater Singh. The financial service manager (unfortunately I don't recall his name) was very professional, ethical and pleasant to work with, explaining different options in aiding my decision making process. This was a breath of fresh air from my previous car purchase that left a bad taste in my mouth. If you know that you want to purchase a Honda vehicle, I highly suggest you stopping by and ask for Tim or Nacchater to assist you to make that final purchase without buyers remorse. More

Another great day I had a couple of small things to be taken care of as well as an overdue state inspection. I called my trustworthy service writer, Tyson Farina, and told him of my situation. We slotted me in at a time that was most advantageous to me. The things I knew about were handled and the state inspection was completed. As we reviewed what had been done. he advised me of a few things that, while not urgent, should be looked at the next time I came in for service. He said I had a few thousand miles before my next service and everything would be ok. Everything was done in less than a half-hour! I have always been confident that my cars last longer due to the attention I get at Joyce Koons Honda. More

We were lucky to work with John Sharifi for both transactions. When we purchased the CR-V, John and his staff went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. John was informative and patient as we made our decision. When we found our 2018 CR-V John and Sunny helped us determine a fair price and Victor in financing made it an easy and affordable transaction. They stayed with us past 10pm to get the job done and we could not be happier with both of our Honda vehicles! We have already recommended Joyce Koons Honda to friends considering a new vehicle - we were very impressed with our service there both times. More
