Had a very good experience. No pressure to buy the car I was looking at. As I test drove it he said “cars are a lot of money and you should be sure you like it. There was no pressure to stay off the highway. The price was pretty good compared with other dealers for the same year and model car with the same features. Pretty fair trade in price on my current vehicle. I would definitely go back again if I needed another car and they had the type of vehicle I wanted. Had the car ready for me the next day to pick up. Which was as fast as I could arrange the down payment I wanted to make. More

I purchased my vehicle from Karl Flammer, everything was great. Service department has been great in the past but for some reason this last go was not good. The communication was really poor. I have had my truck at your dealership numerous times and I can’t get the truck to run for even 2 days after getting it back. I’ve never seen a less competent dealership ever. We are now on our 3rd trans at I can’t get the truck to run for even 2 days after getting it back. I’ve never seen a less competent dealership ever. We are now on our 3rd trans at 120k miles and it it currently at the dealer again with more transmission problems. I will never buy a ford again because of this dealership. More
