Scheduled a simple oil change for 730 Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Was not there long, when the service advisor tried to upsell me $1800 worth of fluid flushing. I declined his offer. Of course, h after Thanksgiving. Was not there long, when the service advisor tried to upsell me $1800 worth of fluid flushing. I declined his offer. Of course, he tried two more times to convince me. It took approximately one and a half hours to get a simple oil change. I had intended to engage with the sales team about the 2022 Tremor f150. After getting jerked around, I decided to take a hard pass on the place. After leaving the dealership, I realize that they charged me extra for the 6 quarts of oil that is included in “the works” package that I purchased for the oil change. In general, this place is a stereo typical dealership. Looking to screw people at every opportunity. By point of reference, I currently own and drive a 2019 F150 king ranch, 2022 Ford Mustang, GT, and a 2022 bronco. The actions of this Ford store and Brand in general, has led me to believe it might be time to go to General motors. More
