Had multiple recalls on my vehicle which were fixed and an oil change. When I picked it up there was a VERY noticeable scrape on my driver’s side rear area. I reported it immediately and was told just to call him directly (the mechanic I spoke to). I did and he never called back. This is the second time I have left a message with this man and he never returns calls. Furthermore, when I showed him he said “just let me know when you want to drop it off.” It’s not so easy to just leave a car for a day. This is a HUGE inconvenience for me and for the party that will lend me their car that day. I will be calling back because I want this fixed but I am NOT happy and I shouldn’t have to keep calling. Very unprofessional and sloppy work to have damaged my vehicle in the first place. More
