Amy was wonderful helping us drop off our car and responding quickly when we mentioned that we wanted to add the update SD card for the navigation system. She made sure that she directed us to the r responding quickly when we mentioned that we wanted to add the update SD card for the navigation system. She made sure that she directed us to the right person in parts. That person ( a female whose name I don't remember) did an excellent job finding the correct SD card for our car and making sure that it was placed in our car for us to install per our request.
