I had no problem with the service and workmanship, in fact it was excellent. Richard kept me informed and manged a difficult repair to my A/C. My one problem was at 8:00 AM, a little early for us retire fact it was excellent. Richard kept me informed and manged a difficult repair to my A/C. My one problem was at 8:00 AM, a little early for us retirees, most of the selections on the coffee machine were not available and there were no dough nuts. These are the simple things that getting up that early and heading straight for the dealership without a small breakfast and cup of coffee manageable.. More
