After 8 months on a new truck my battery went dead over night. I dreaded calling after my last 3 visits. When I did I was welcomed by Dale. He promptly took control of the situation and had my truck towed night. I dreaded calling after my last 3 visits. When I did I was welcomed by Dale. He promptly took control of the situation and had my truck towed in that day. When they couldn't take care of my truck that day Dale called me and explained they where very busy (hey things happen).
