This was the first time I ever experienced a bad vehicle which forced me to look at trading up. Steve and Scott searched high and low to help me find a truck that would fit my needs while falling within my budget set aside. I have been happy with the new f150 economist with the 3.5. The torque towing my boat is amazing for a gas engine. When you run a business and tow 8500lbs of boat behind you regularly, you need the tools to get the job done. With that, I never worry about pulling my boat safely down the road or even out of the ramp. I watch many others get stuck, particularly with ram trucks, where I don't even break a sweat or the tires loose for that matter. Thank you Scott and Steve for all tour help. More

Bodyshop unprofessional and does not stand up to their work I brought my truck in for a door replacement from an accident. I did not quibble on the price or try and negotiate my deductible. My only request was I brought my truck in for a door replacement from an accident. I did not quibble on the price or try and negotiate my deductible. My only request was that my vehicle come out as clean as it came in, no orange peel and no over spray. When I was told my vehicle was ready, the paint did not match with the back fender. There w ere scuffs inside the door jam that was spotless and clean prior. The bed had to be shifted and as a result there were scratches by the bed bolts they attempted to touch up with a color that obviously was lighter. The estimator told me they weren't about to "chase the paint around in order for it to match. I was stuck there waiting for another rental and initially had to pay this additional out of pocket. The estimator later told me later on the phone that they couldn't come up to the standard I expected. I spoke to the body shop manger the next day who stated I was expecting custom work and I should go to a custom paint shop. All I asked I requested is no orange peel and the paint should match. This is a stock paint. This isn't a difficult request. When my vehicle was ready a week later everything looked good, they got extra supplemental money from the insurance company.....except for the new dent in my tailgate above the handle. I only went there because my insurance had recommended I take it there. I will NEVER do business again or deal with those disrespectful, condescending, inept and unprofessional people in that body shop. I also called and left a message for the "upper management" to convey this horrible experience, but never received any reply or correspondence. Stay far away from this pretend operation. More

Great Experience with Purchase & Service We came here to purchase a car for our daughter for her 16th birthday. We bought her a certified Focus 1 year old and had a great experience with the salea department who were friendly, very accomodating and prepared everything for us as asked so we did not have to wait around. We arrived after they called and told us it was ready, signed, and got the keys. We felt they were fair, honest, and easy to work with. After a couple weeks we noticed the car driving rough, as if it were a stick shift not fully engaged in gear sometimes. Service center said these cars have a different engine, being manual with an automatic but they would check it out. After dropping it off and listening to what he said, I researched problems with this specific presentation and read hundreds of horror stories of what dealers have put customers through with no resolution. I thought for sure it would be a battle to have repaired and was ready for a fight when I checked on status. I was surprised after all I had read, to hear them say they had located the problem, ordered the parts and will have it replaced to ensure there are no safety concerns. They gave me a loaner vehicle, and an itemized print out of repairs and everything that was checked. I just picked it up and drove around to ensure it was running smooth for my daughter, and it is running perfect, a huge noticeable improvement with no jerking or jumping. I am very pleased, pleasantly surprised and will be back for any service needs. I have never had such a smooth repair with no "hidden" surprises at any servicer, dealer or repair shop. I would reccomend to all my friends & family. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this dealership. The customer service was aweful. I pulled the blue book when i got home and the offer was less than half of what my vehicle is worth. They were extremely disrespectful to me. Worst of all, they refused to give me back the credit app that they made me fill out. I will be purchasing that vehicle and may even end up payng more for it, but it won't be with your dealership. Very poor experience at their body/collision shop.. I was involved in a car accident and took my car there to get repaired in their body shop. and they ordered the wrong head light, i had to pay for a r I was involved in a car accident and took my car there to get repaired in their body shop. and they ordered the wrong head light, i had to pay for a rental for 3 extra days because of their mistake.. after waiting for all those days they installed the wrong headlight again..had me wait for another two days.. i had to come back 2-3 times for something that should have been done right the first time… they billed my insurance for an alignment and didn't even do it.. or if it was done it wasn't done right at all.. i addressed the attention right away after i drove the vehicle i noticed it.. I told the manager and he kept saying they did it.. i had to take my car in to Tires Plus and had them check the alignment and it was completely off! I even have paperwork to prove it! and they told me to take it back in to Karl Flammer ford to get it done right.. i called them and spoke to the a receptionist name Toni in the collision center and she started arguing with me and telling me that she doesn't have enough time to handle this right now and to call back on Monday and she might be able to talk to the mechanic then and that the manager Jim is not there and won't be back for a while because he is out for surgery , i actually dealt with jim prior to him leaving and he was and tried to be helpful but this lady was just rude.. i shouldn't have to wait and keep coming back over and over again for something that was supposed to be done right the first time.. they also didn't know or how to fix my light/tail light and sent me somewhere else to get it figured out and i had to take my car to a different shop and i paid for it and asked them to take of it like they said they would do and she asks me to call next week…. bottom line is customers shouldn't have to come back multiple times to take care of a simple issue when it should have been taken care of the first time! i brought my car to you guys hoping you guys would do the job right the first time and this was not the case at all.. your mechanics installed the wrong head light twice!, didn't do the alignment right and couldn't even figure out a small problem with my tail light/break light and had me go somewhere else…. and then when i call you guys to address the problem and correct it, you guys tell me you don't have the time or staff and to call next week! is this really Right?? being involved in an Accident is already stressful enough and you guys not doing your job right doesn't help the situation especially when you're billing everything to my insurance and then you don't do the work right! you've incurred me 4 days more of renting a car and hours and hours of my time and still haven't resolved the problem..I will call my insurance and have them switch me to a different body shop and i will never use or recommend you guys to no body! very poor service and customer service.. you guys don't deserve to be farmers preferred shops.. i will also address that to them!!! like the feeling of not being pressured would like to say that when we went to the dealership the salesman we met was sean and right off the bat he just talked with us and let us look around would like to say that when we went to the dealership the salesman we met was sean and right off the bat he just talked with us and let us look around and took a mustang for a test drive girlfriend loves them and im not a ford person .Then took a 2015 mustang for a ride i was very impressed on how it drove and sean thornburgh explained everything on the car and when said and done it was a deal but it was late and they had to wait till saturday to do singing they had our appt set up for saturday and when we arrived averything was set up and got in and done in no time i will say this i am happy to have went there they went above what i anticipated and looking forward to taking car there for service if that dept was as helpful as the sales dept and also steve from finace for a great and friendly experience More
