Robyn is awesome and really helpful, I like to deal with her. But, the maintenace is bad service. I had factory defect in my car since I bought. The left front quarter panel to left front door is not flu her. But, the maintenace is bad service. I had factory defect in my car since I bought. The left front quarter panel to left front door is not flush and not match with the car and nobody wants to help me. Plus, I requested to change the left side B pillar rear door because is not flush and the piece they replace it had the same problem. So, I am really frustrated from Ford and its dealers. They’re better than some with warranty and packages but it was the end of the month, July 4 was coming and the car had been at the dealership for almost two months. I would have thought we would get a bett it was the end of the month, July 4 was coming and the car had been at the dealership for almost two months. I would have thought we would get a better deal or at least negotiate with the dealer. They claim to give used cars only half a tank of gas and I am not overly impressed with the work of the detailing department. Got it ready but could have cleaned it up more with an adequate level of elbow grease. Hope it gets better the longer we own the car and establish a relationship and expectations. Overall happy to have it and got the best deal out there for what the wife wanted. More

The service Accessory dept technician Kyle was a pleasure to work with. Flammer Ford’s Accessories department was willing and confident in their abilities to install my maxxair fan on the roof of my Transit to work with. Flammer Ford’s Accessories department was willing and confident in their abilities to install my maxxair fan on the roof of my Transit connect van, when no other Ford dealership or RV service center in the Tampa Bay area would even attempt it. The technician did a fantastic job. Not only were they willing to install my roof fan, when no one else would, I was pleasantly surprised with how fair, upfront, and honest, they were in their charges. Most dealerships have a bad reputation of over charging their customers for the work done, but this was not the case. Because of the Accessories Dept willingness, abilities, and honest charging, I plan on having them install backup cameras and other accessories in the near future. Because of the outstanding service that I received, my first impression, it makes me feel good about using Flammer Ford in the future for my automotive needs. More

I explained the problem with our Explorer and was told to bring it in. We made an appointment and waited days to find out Flammer Ford won’t do the work. What a waste of my time and delayed putting my son’s bring it in. We made an appointment and waited days to find out Flammer Ford won’t do the work. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to attempt to bring business to my local Ford dealer. Last time your crew threw parts of my Mustang in the trash. More
